In this competency, we work at advancing your communication skills to improve conflict management, your ability to coach and mentor others, to deliver impactful presentations and to inspire organisational and collective change through being a voice of impact.
AUTHORITY: establish yourself as an authority in your organisation and in your industry, through mastering the physiological, psychological, emotional and energetic conditions necessary to build a credible personal brand and presence. This is where you step into your true leadership potential and trasnform your organisation into a catalyst of change both inside and outside of the business.
