ADAPTABILITY: strengthen your resiliency so that you never drop your momentum and learn to thrive during unpredictable times. Leading with certainty even in the most unprecedented times, is vital to the success of a company's growth.


AMPLIFY
With the foundational steps in place, the third domain of development is becoming the embodiment of an inspirational leader and person of influence.
THE COMPETENCIES:
INFLUENCE: in the growth stage, you as the business owner must increase the amount of work done through your people. This comes from your ability to delegate, cultivate a thriving workplace culture and by advancing your social and relationship management skills in order to empower those you lead to become their fullest potential. To influence others you need to master connection and empathy.
COMMUNICATION: words are important, but it's the voice behind the words that carries the impact. In this competency, we work at advancing your communication skills to improve conflict management, your ability to coach and mentor others, to deliver impactful presentations and to inspire organisational and collective change through being a voice of impact.
AUTHORITY: establish yourself as an authority in your organisation and in your industry, through mastering the physiological, psychological, emotional and energetic conditions necessary to build a credible personal brand and presence. This is where you step into your true leadership potential and trasnform your organisation into a catalyst of change both inside and outside of the business.
